Founders Story

Dripr started as a way to help my parents stay in touch with their clients. Everything since has been about making that easy for other agents too.

See How Easy It Is
"I built Dripr because I watched great agents lose business not from lack of skill, but from lack of time."

- Kenny Huebsch, Founder

Dripr started at my parents' kitchen table.

Both of my parents are real estate agents. They work as a team, and for years they did drip marketing the old fashioned way. Every quarter, they would research the local market, write a two-page newsletter, print hundreds of copies, and physically mail them to their contacts. At the end of each newsletter, they added a small handwritten note so it felt personal.

It worked. It also exhausted them.

Between being a real estate agent, having a family, and life getting in the way, they would miss quarters. When they missed one, they would feel guilty. They knew staying in touch mattered. They just could not keep up with the effort consistently.

At one point, I asked why they did not just use a marketing tool.

They told me they actually had access to one through their brokerage. They tried to figure it out on their own, got overwhelmed, and stopped. There was customer support available, but they never took the next step. The tool was powerful, but complicated. It was easier to do nothing than to learn it.

When I looked into the space myself to try to find an alternative for them, I saw the same pattern everywhere. The tools that existed were sophisticated, feature rich, and priced accordingly. They were built for marketing teams, not for individual agents who just wanted to stay in touch without turning marketing into a second job.

Dripr started as a side project for my parents. At the time, I wanted to learn more about AI and thought this was a perfect use case. If I could automate the research, writing, and personalization they were doing manually, I could save them time and maybe help them win a little more business along the way. That felt worth the effort.

Once my parents started using my first iteration of the tool, they noticed results. Clients replied. Conversations restarted. My parents shared news of their success with a few coworkers. I onboarded them too, and they saw the same thing. Their coworkers even offered to pay me for it.

Their feedback was consistent... They do not like marketing, but they understand its value. Dripr just works.

That is when I realized this was bigger than a side project. I spent the next year turning the tool into a product, and the idea into a company. Dripr is built for real estate agents who understand that staying in touch matters, but do not have the time, technical background, or appetite for complex and expensive marketing software.

Our philosophy is simple:

At Dripr, we care deeply about customer support. Many of our users come to us after being disappointed by tools that promised results but demanded too much time, money, or patience. We run lean so we can price fairly. We build simply so the product actually gets used. And we treat every customer like a human being, because that is who we built this for in the first place. Dripr exists to help agents stay top of mind without guilt, stress, or another system to manage.
